Peak Challenge Workout of the Week

Challange Workout of the Week:

Lets face it, while all forms of exercise have their place in a fitness program,  we all need a good buttkicking (aka a trainer) once in a while to keep things focused. By keeping track of how we perform in these workouts, we can measure improvements in performance.

With this in mind, we present our Peak Fitness workout of the week. We invite all clients and challenge participants to perform this circuit either on their own or by stopping by the gym.

Post your times below and we will revisit this circuit in several weeks to measure improvement. Here is this week's circuit:

Instructions: Perform each pair of exercises below for the rep range in the pyramid scheme. After performing thirty reps, move to twenty reps and then finish with ten. Once this is done, move back up the pyramid by performing ten reps of each, then twenty and finishing with thirty. Record time to completion.

Advanced circuit- 30-20-10

Pair one: Dips and step jumps

Pair two: Push up row and broad jump

Beginner circuit- 15-10-5

Pair one: Dips and Step ups

Pair Two: Bent over row and bounds
