In my mind, the work of the strength coach/personal trainer is to simplify and apply complex information in the trenches.

I have learned so much from the Eric Cresseys, Mike Robertsons, Mike Boyles and so many other coaches/researchers/etc who go unheralded and this is my attempt to give something back.
